Input Parameters

     The lynpe Automation Synchronous Control Board allows you to move multiple Feedback actuators in step with the same speed irrespective of load. Unsynchronized actuators can lead to bending loads which is likely to be disastrous for both the load and the actuator.
The LP-CU300-2 will allow you to move two actuators in sync and the LP-CU300-4 will allow movement of four actuators. Operate with our Optical Feedback, LP26or LP35 actuators Compatible with both 12V and 24V).
     This board only works with a select few actuators with built-in feedback sensors. Actuators must be of the same type, stroke length, and force. Using different actuators will not work.
Mainboard power supply: 12-48V / 10A
     The mainboard power supply is designed for control only, it does not supply the power to the actuator directly.
     You need to ensure your power supply meets the voltage and current demands of the actuator model.

Introduction:

If you want to use multiple linear actuators to raise and lower an equipment, for example two or four electric actuators. Since the high speed DC motors in electric actuators cannot run at exactly the same speed, so the movement speed of the electric actuator will also be different. When multiple electric actuators work at the same time, their actual speeds cannot be exactly the same. In this case, we can use a synchronous controller to operate multiple linear actuators to rise or fall synchronously. They work completely in sync without any difference.

 Working principle:

If you want to use a synchronous controller to operate 2 or 4 linear actuators fully synchronously, you will need to add built-in Hall effect sensors to each linear actuator. And when you purchased Hall effect sensor along with linear actuator, we will install Hall effect sensor to linear actuator for you.

When 2 or 4 linear actuators are running together, Hall sensor will send Hall signals to the synchronization controller, and the controller will adjust the running speed of each linear actuator, so that all linear actuators run at the exact same speed.

 Feature:

It can operate two electric linear actuators B to run completely synchronously.

Wired control via a control handle.

Wireless control via a remote.

Three function buttons: Up, Down and Stop.

With reset button.

 Connection:

1) Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to terminal + of the controller, and connect the negative pole of DC power supply to terminal – of the controller.

2) Plug two linear actuators to the controller.

3) Plug the control handle to the controller.

 Operation via the control handle:

1) Press the UP button of the control handle, two linear actuators extend outward at the same time, they will reach the maximum stroke at the same time and stop automatically.

2) Press the DOWN button of the control handle, two linear actuators retract inward at the same time, they will fully retract at the same time and stop automatically.

3) During operation, you can also press the stop button to stop two linear actuators at the same time.

 Operation via the remote control:

1) Press the button ▲ of the remote control, two linear actuators extend out at the same time, they will reach the maximum stroke at the same time and stop automatically.

2) Press the button ▼ of the remote control, two linear actuators retract inward at the same time, they will fully retract at the same time and stop automatically.

3) During operation, you can also press the stop button to stop two linear actuators at the same time.
